In my own (completely biased) opinion, living in Austin, Texas has a ton of perks and very little downfalls. The hill country, the lake, the people, the food. But one of the more “niche” perks are all of the supremely talented wedding vendors. 

Now, I’ve never planned a wedding, but I have discussed it at length with my friend, Veronica. She once mentioned that the hardest things about her wedding was choosing the vendors. 

That is the reason I decided to start offering free engagement sessions to anyone who already has their wedding date secured.

I truly believe in my ability to capture couples personalities and connection with each other, but honestly? I understand the hesitation. Who wants to get stuck with a photographer they just don’t jive with?

Heck, I know I don’t jive with a ton of people and I want them to get the photos they deserve!

So, here’s my thought process.

You can take advantage of this free session, get stunning photos for your save the dates or wedding website, we can connect together, and hopefully work together in the future for your wedding. I’d assume by this point you’re at least relatively fond of my work, so it’s all gravy, baby. 

What’s the rundown?

I’ll set the scene for you.

Me. You and your significant other. A bunch of fun. Phenomenal photos. You’re in your best dress, fearless – no, okay, we’re getting off track here.

With every engagement session, it’s my goal to keep us on track and focused and get phenomenal photos, along with having a great time. So prior to the session, we will schedule a phone consultation to discuss you and your fiancé, and your love story. These questions are vital to me and our session, so I know that I portray you as authentically as I can. 

Once it comes time for your session, we’ll be able to show up to the location and rock the whole thing.
