I am usually capturing weddings and love stories, but this week I’m featuring a brand photo shoot that was so much fun! Trisha moved to Texas from Minnesota about two years ago and her business photos needed updating. She reached out to me about shooting them for her, and of course I said yes!
We wanted to give Trisha a lot of options to use in her marketing for her business, Moxie360, so we incorporated several different looks and visited a few different locations. We started at Lone Star Oaks that has an incredible backdrop of doors with colored glass windows. Trisha wore a white button down with jeans. We tried out several different poses and we used a chair to give her even more options.
After we had our fill of the colored glass in that look, Trish changed into a green top and cream shorts. We moved to a grassy area with trees for this new look. She is in Texas now, so of course we had to include some shots with her cowboy boots, a cowboy hat, and rustic barrels! She changed into a rosy turtleneck sweater dress and we shot in the grassy field, by the colored glass, and on a beautiful dusty blue staircase.
Our final location was downtown Georgetown and she wore her sweater dress. I LOVE this location because of all the beautiful architecture.! There was a lot of white on the buildings and it made her and her outfit pop. Check out some of my other favorite Austin locations here.
I had a great time at Trisha’s brand photo shoot getting to know her and exploring beautiful locations in Austin. I can’t wait to see the next place I’ll shoot!
