I recently had the opportunity to work with a family I have photographed for several years! This Lakewood Park family session was my fourth year with the Dyer family, and it was just as fun as always! They are such a sweet family, and they always drive a golf cart to our sessions at the park since they live just down the street! 

The shoot this year was extra special because they added their sweet baby girl, Kennedy, to the crew this year. I have had the incredible privilege of watching their family grow from one to three children, which is wild! Some of my favorite shots were the kids all together. Kaden and Kohen are such great big brothers, and they had such a fun time laughing and playing with their little sister during our time together. 

They kept their outfits simple and casual, which I love. It’s especially important that kids feel comfortable in what they are wearing during a photoshoot, so we can get the best pictures possible. The boys were all coordinated with black, white, and gray, while the girls added a great accent with maroon. Everyone was coordinated, and their outfits looked really great with the park as a backdrop. 

I have really grown to love my time capturing loved ones’ memories as an Austin portrait photographer, and the Dyer’s Lakewood Park family session was no exception!
