You might recognize Holly and Nathan from their Ranch Austin wedding in October. I just had to post about their park engagement session because it is one of my favorite engagement shoots! These photos are just as stunning as their wedding pictures, and we had such a great time together! 

They choose to shoot at St. Edwards Park, which is a place that I am really familiar with! This is a great location with so many different areas to shoot. There are several different trails, and areas that look wooded or grassy. The hike around the trails is super easy and makes for some great photos! I love some of the different looks we got while staying in the same location. 

I did warn them before this shoot that the last time I was photographing at this location I’d come across a snake. It was the first time I had found one during a shoot! Holly told me that she would be so happy to find one because she is super into reptiles of all kinds. We didn’t find one this day, but that didn’t keep us from having a great time together! 

Holly and Nathan are naturals at posing, and that made their park engagement session a breeze for me! We got some great shots in different areas of the park, and the lighting was incredible at the end of our time together. Our timing was perfect for that golden hour glow, and it led to some really great images. This was such a fun shoot, and I am so glad that I got to capture their engagement!
